f The operating cycle begins when a cap is delivered to the cappi ng machine.
In one system, as the capper rotates, a peg on the outside of  the frame of the capper pulls acp out of the chute in a fahion similar to the way that a container pulls a cap out of a chute in the in line setup. In another system, the emty chuck passes over a swinging arm holding a cap. he chuck is lowered over the cap picks it up an the arm moves back to pull onother cap from the cap chute. When the cap is in the correct position the spindle moves down and the chck opens to fit over the cap. Then the chuck vloses to grip the cap and the spidlle moves away carryiying the cap with it.Then the spindle begins to turn and smultaneosly moves downward, screwing position. The spindle begins to turn and simultaneously moves downward screwing the cap on the container. When the required application torque is reached.
